I never thought Pumpkin in muffins would be good, but i was wrong, they were Delicious. The recipe was easy to follow and the steps were very simple. I ended up making 32 muffins. these should last awhile. i also took pictures of my baking today, will post pictures in a post later after little one goes to sleep. I love my Kitchen Aid mixer, it makes cooking easier. i don't know where i would be without it, i might still be mixing for the muffins. i am definitely going to keep this recipe and use for future use. So far Chloe and I love them, will find out if my husband Brandon loves as well, when he gets home from work.
tomorrow I am making my first attempt at a lasagna recipe and muddballs, i am little nervous because we might have company over for dinner. as you can guess this does not help my nerves as it is. i have never made anything for dinner and company, oh my, my Monday may turn into manic Monday from hell. well i guess i will be posting again late tomorrow night with two new recipes and a lot to say on how dinner went.
